Question: Book called Bright Morning/s - about Victorian children I read in 60s

I'm looking for a childhood book I read back in the 60s. I think it was
called "Bright Morning or Bright Mornings. I cannot remember the Author. 
About Victorian children and their 'adventures' . Can anyone help?
